My church loves to sing songs from other parts of the world that aren't in English, but do fall under the style of contemporary worship. Is it allowable to begin adding them on this site, with an English translation included?

Great question!
Yes, I think that's fine, especially if there's also an English translation in there. Most of the tools on the site are English specific (e.g. Auto Scripture) so it'd be a different question on whether to support other languages in general (such as songs for Chinese-only churches), but to have a selection of songs in other languages that even English speakers might use, is a good idea.
