Searching for songs?

Hello,

Is there any advanced option to search for scripture references from a specific author? For example, all songs that feature Revelation 21 from Keith Getty? I see how I can search Getty songs, but the preview for each Getty song doesn't have a scripture reference unless I click each individually. I can also search by Revelation 21 but then I get all artists.

Any help is appreciated.

No, sorry, there isn't a way to have required keywords (including authors) for searching with scripture references. The results for the references are merge together with the keyword searches (and ranked based on the number of hits) but doesn't exclude results without the results.

An imperfect way to do this is to search for just "Revelation 21" then search the results page (with CNTL+F on Windows, or "Find on Page" in mobile) for "Getty" which does turn up: All Around the World https://wordtoworship.com/song/7256 . That works because while the results page doesn't show references, it does show authors.

I hope that helps. I can also consider if we can get an advanced search option, but I doubt that'll be very easy to implement.
